Children's Church is an enthusiastic learning experience for kids from 3 years old (potty-trained) – 6th grade. We seek to incorporate kids of all learning styles through a variety of activities to teach children truths that will stay with them throughout their lifetime.

The children have their own church service for the first 40 minutes of the hour with fun songs and a lesson geared towards children. The children are able to learn how they can serve in the church as adults by being ushers, scripture readers, or performing a special music. The lessons lead the children through God's Word and help them to apply what they learn to their lives today.

The last 20 minutes of the worship hour are spent in small groups split by age. During this time the children actively review the lesson through games, drama, crafts, and other activities that are geared toward where they are developmentally (preschool, early elementary, or late elementary).

Children's Church coincides with the adult worship services on Saturdays from 7:00-8:00 PM and Sundays from 10:30-11:30 AM. The first Saturday and Sunday of each month is “Worship as a Family” day for which Children's Church is canceled and the children participate in the adult worship service with their parents. For parents of young children, silent pagers are available during Children's Church.

*At Christ’s Outreach Church we care about the safety of all children. Therefore, all volunteers who work with children have their criminal history and child abuse history clearances on file with the church office.*
